Hi there! I'm Sarajane, a writer, coach and speaker in Asheville, NC. I believe that you have everything you need available to you, that life is meant to be lived and lived well and that pursuing your goals should be fun. It's my pleasure to help you put the puzzle pieces of your life and goals together so that you can serve yourself and others better!
I'm a wife and a stepmom to two incredible men. I have a bachelors in photojournalism and spent nearly a decade as a photographer. I LIVE for my coffee & writing hour every morning and do my best to watch as many matinee showings as I can. I love getting out of town and I think traveling is the key to life. I believe that life is meant to be lived and lived well and your goals should contribute to that, not take away from it!
I do this work because I know what it looks like to run a business that you don't feel like you have control of. At one point in my life I had perfected the art of working myself to depletion. I'd learned that performing well and performing often meant I'd done a good job and that taking breaks and indulging in rest was lazy. In response, I spent the majority of my life patting myself on the back for overbooking, losing sleep and working through lunch. I couldn't figure out why doing what I loved felt so bad to me. That is until I stopped, re-routed and built back up again with fresh eyes and a lot more experience. I have compiled those years of research and mindset shifts into the work that I now do with women through coaching, writing and workshops. I want you to skip the quitting stage and jump straight to running your business with joy. I focus on practical advice and mindset shifts to help you build a business that truly feels good to run. No more late nights and early mornings. No more spending all day trying to put out fires. No more running yourself dry until the only option left is to quit. I want to help you take control of your work habits now and build a business that supports the life you desire!
