LESSON ONE

This lesson will teach you how to recognize and eliminate forcing in your work life. It will help prevent the overwhelm & exhaustion that arises when running a business and catering to the needs of people in your life. 

LESSON TWO

This lesson will discuss short term stalling tactics and how to respond to them. You will begin to recognize how time so easily gets lost and learn tactics for reclaiming that time in your schedule. 

 

LESSON THREE

In this lesson we will go over long term stalling. How to recognize that you are stalling and how to respond. You will learn ways to manage procrastination and we'll even discuss how to know when to quit! 

LESSON FOUR

In lesson four we discuss creating your dream schedule. We dig deeper into the concept of prime hours and discuss blocking out your time. By the end of this week, you should have a dream schedule developed and implemented for yourself.
