Today on brave radio I am sharing the long and hearty list of things I do most mornings to feel connected to my heart, energized for my work day and excited about life! A bit of a disclaimer here - I am a self-care nerd and have added these things in one thing at a time over the course of several years! I say that to say, please do not try to do all of this tomorrow morning right away. There’s a funny fine line between something being an act of self-care and a reason to feel like you are falling short.
It’s important as I run through all of these that you know that adding just one new thing in to your morning routine is amazing! Don’t feel pressure to have a three hour long process overnight.
